Zero Support, zero functionality

App almost unusable.
Data doesn’t sync to CloudPOS so you cannot pull reports from devices.
App crashes repeated upon logins, and during use.
Transact also seems to not care about the app enough to fix any of these issues either. I personally have a ticket open with Transact, that is 11 months old, in which no progress has been made.

Extremely disappointing.
