Olá Beraldi, Usuários Premium possuem backup de itens para nunca perderem, caso aconteça um problema com o celular. Há um banner vermelho indicando a ausência de backup no modo gratuito. Se precisar de ajuda entre em contato conosco pelo suporte.

Conforme conversamos, o iSenhas permite até 5 senhas no plano gratuito. Um banner vermelho na parte superior alerta sobre a ausência de backup no plano gratuito. Não recomendamos burlar o limite de senhas colocando todas em um item do tipo notas. O backup da assinatura Premium é justamente para assegurar que por qualquer problema no seu aparelho seja possível recuperar o acesso ao cofre.

Precisei de uma solução com a chave de acesso num domingo à noite após trocar de celular e a equipe resolveu o meu problema!

Recomendo não só pela segurança do aplicativo como ajuda através de pessoas e não de uma ferramenta complicada !
