Login screen no response
After your recent so called upgrade, i had problem with login. No response at login screen. I tried so many times during your recent sale. In the end, i gave up n did not make any purchase. Went to Tangs to buy instead where i never had such problem with login screen
Cannot sign into the app. Poor design
Lousy app where customers cannot sign in. The bug is a feature, as it stops customers from collecting points since it cannot even be used!

Very Bad App
This is the worst App I’ve ever used. It always resets my password & logs me out after a while. It’s also difficult to reset my password. Puts me off shopping there. Why did Istan replace the card with this lousy, very user-unfriendly App!
Should close this app.
Ever since a month ago I’m not able to log in. What’s the point of organising sale when many of the members can’t use this app to enjoy the benefits?
Unusable app, pointless loyalty programme
Frequent issues using this app. The page always hangs at login. It’s frustrating when customers can’t log in to show their e-cards during in-store purchases or use their app vouchers. What’s the point of this app then? Stick to physical cards and email vouchers.
Worst shopping app I’ve ever experienced
Can’t sign in on several occasions. Face ID was successful at outset of enabling but later, error message that biometric can’t be used. Followed service staff advice to delete and re-download (in order for updates/fixes to be applied!) and still to no avail. Thrice of the same.. no more for me. Terrible app.

If zero star is an option this will sure get zero star
Cannot even login. Just hang at the login page when I key in my email. Might as well scrap this app. Total waste of time and resources

This app is so bad it spells doom for Isetan. It’s a classic reflection of a company who does not believe nor invest in technology and will just lag further and further behind in e-commerce.

But there is no error message. Just the “login” button is unresponsive.
Then you need to delete the app and reinstall it. But the app does never tell you that.
You go to “contact us” page in the a you try to choose “question category” that is required to send the question, the app 100% crashes, which means you even cannot contact to the support to make the app work.
Entire app experience is also terrible. That damages Isetan brand a lot.

Difficult to use
This app is so difficult to use that it actually dissuades me from shopping at Isetan. Every time I try to log in there’s a glitch that forces me to re-set my password, or an update that forces me to delete and re-install the app. Not fun when you’re trying to make a purchase!
Always get signed out
Now I cannot even log in with my email address. The app always signs me out. Please employ serious coders/developers to fix your app.

App improvements needed badly
Your App is almost redundant! Encountered so much issues over and again. Firstly, you keep logging me out; have to sign in and out. Then when I wanted to sign in again recently it kept leading me to the sign up page instead of sign in page. Haven’t been able to use this App for a while, therefore, have not been purchasing from Isetan since. Majority of the Apps keep people signed in. I suggest your side resolve this App issues urgently!

Isetan can’t even get a simple app done properly!
What a shame that such a big chain supermarket store can’t even have a proper apps working! Already the second time can’t log in even with the right log in details. Sorry but really useless with such members app! Keep it for your own use please, don’t inconvenience the customers. 日本の恥じゃん‼︎
