ISI Image Capture and Transfer

The application will be used by Emergency Medical Technicians to take pictures of trauma wounds from accident scenes.  The pictures will be transmitted to the ISI cloud where the images will be stored for view from the hospital’s emergency rooms.  Patients will be triaged prior to arrival which will result in better patient care and outcomes.  The application will also be used by patients to take pictures of wounds from accidents, burns or surgeries and can share these images with their doctors via the cloud.  HIPAA requires encrypted transmission of images and then removal from the phones to  prevent unauthorized sharing.  The app meets these requirements.
