Took my $10 in rewards and threw it away

Redeemed a $10 reward. Pressed submit, only to find that the location wasn’t receiving pick-up orders at that time(it was 2 hrs before closing time). Order never went through, but my $10 worth of points were gone. Can I get my points back?
