Bad design and so slow
This new app is so bad I’m considering switching banks. It’s so slow to load, buttons don’t work properly and the layout/ design doesn’t flow
New app not much of an improvement
Really hate that I now have to login to see my balance every time I open the app. That was the main feature I liked on the old app that I could just click on it and check my balance right away. Thought that was the whole point of having the “quick view” option. Also with the new app I prefer the list view over the tile view but every time I log in it reverts back to tile view and I have to manually change it back to list view. Very frustrating.

Credit Card Linking doesn’t work
I tried linking my Collabria Credit card to my island savings account for same day bill payments but the app is still buggy and will say that couldn’t link my card, even though I’m providing the correct information.
This is absolutely shameful for a banking app. Even my Island Savings manager can’t help me because this is apparently a but with the platform.
Don’t you guys test the app before releasing? This should be covered by an automated test process. As a stakeholder I would be ashamed if my developers had to release something like this, missing critical pieces of the software.

Good App
Good app, but I had problems signing in, I had to call customer service. After that it’s been smooth sailing. I actually like the aesthetic and layout of the app so far.
You guys really don’t know how to make an app
I don’t know how this got worse from the last app. Also, you changed apps without even telling me I had to find out because the app just stopped working and was pulled from the AppStore. I checked my banking pretty regularly. You think you could just pop up a little notification when I logged into the old app.

Well done, team. I know there are always a few wrinkles in rolling out new apps, but I’m loving the new design and features. So much better than the old clunky app. Thank you!

Disgrace of a banking app
Absolutely horrible, wish it was never changed. Was bad before and they somehow made it 100 times worse. So inconvenient, makes medo a confirmation text to add a new e transfer contact, doesn’t text me, and won’t let me confirm by email. In the big 2026 I never thought I’d see such an incompetent technological joke of an app

Enough to make me change Banks
The new app design is absolutely atrocious. I didn't think Island Savings could make it worse for the visually impaired, but not only have you done that, you've made it worse for everyone! What is the median age of your customers? A non-scallable microscopic font size will just make it even harder for anybody over the age of 50. I won't even get into how bad the design is from the point of a visually impaired person. But all the built-in tools on my phone that I use fail with this app. For the love of God there are tools and guides for this stuff. It’s shocking that in 2026 were still having this type of conversation. Absolute garbage. I'm considering switching banks now.

New isn’t always better
The former app was much smoother and better laid out.
Loads ridiculously slow
Think about what ppl want for utility instead of what you want your app to look like. No one wants to wait 2-5 minutes for a banking app to load every time. Why is that even necessary? Ppl just want plain fast usefulness.
So far so good!
Overall liking the new look and feel of the app. It’s less glitchy than the old one when doing transfers. The only issue I’ve come across so far is that my latest transactions don’t show my transactions - I have to click view all to see them. I was advised it’s being worked on though.
not a fan
Slowest loading process ever. Takes over a minute for the app to even load before it takes you to its ridiculous login process. Old app was way better. changed banks specifically because of this new app. 0/10
Awful “upgrade”
It logs you out every single time. The quick balance check doesn’t work. The biometric login seems like a good idea IF IT WORKED. I either forgot my password or it’s just saying it was wrong so I chucked forgot password and it would not allow me to change my password so I thought maybe I put the wrong username in so I went to change that and it takes all your info BUT DOESNT CHANGE OR GIVE U UR USER NAME. I’m really disappointed in my new credit card too I can’t even log into the bloody thing. I’m going to move banks I’m so sick of this.

Truly awful give us the old one back
Wont open on my phone, re downloaded if 4 times, finally got it to open once, then got through setting up an account, it slapped me with an unknown error and tanked again. I loved the old app now the new one is preventing me from doing business from my phone. Absolutely tragic “upgrade”

Buns
This app is sossososo buns I JUST downloaded it and it won’t even load I’ve been leaving my screen open for half an hour waiting for it to load. It is not working and my mom is getting mad because I can’t e transfer her but it is literally not my fault!
