Don’t Waste Your Money
I first downloaded this app to my MacAir and played it in the trial version watching ads to progress in the game. Then, after finishing all levels, I purchased the full version. When I tried to open the game again, the game crashed. Once it opened but not fully. Then it opened and gave me the option to purchase the game AGAIN. Then it reverted to crashing upon attempt to open. I sent a message for support asking for a refund and all I got was Your trial period is over. I finally removed the game from my computer and will forget all about any of their games in future.

Forget It
I played the game on the trial watching the ads to progress I the game. I just paid for the full game and as soon as my payment went through the game crashed. Tried to reopen and it crashed again. Sending a message for support and attempted to reopen to get screenshot of crash report and the game opened only half of the screen and once again had the button to “Purchase”. I stated all this in my message for support and received an error message stating I had trial version and it was expired so I can’t do that. Tried chat and was advised someone would contact me in two days. Not worth the hassle.

Broken Badges
The game overall was fantastic! Enjoyed the hit of nostalgia!!
The only downside is the reward/badge aspect. You still get the notifications that you earned the badge, but when you check in the achievements book? Still translucent like you haven’t actually earned said achievements. Unsure if that’s a glitch, but it sure would make me and many other completionists feel… well, complete.

Trying to make me pay AGAIN!
Already purchased this game as part of a bundle. Restore won't work, just like the rest of the games I purchased in the bundle. Ever since Qumaron took over Realore, they have ignored the myriad complaints about this issue. I shouldn't have to repay to play the games I already purchased! Instead of FIXING the issue, the company that took over Realore wants me to give them my Apple ID in order to "permit" me to play the game I already paid for. I don't give my Apple ID to anyone other than Apple. This company should be banned from the App Store. Update: After breaking down and giving them my Apple ID, they now want me to scroll through the hundreds of purchases in my purchase history and take screen shots of EACH game I purchased in order to play the games I already paid for. I have reported this company to Apple and the BBB. UPDATE 2: After numerous complaints and reporting the company to Apple, they finally provided me the codes for the games they reissued instead of updating. The game itself I would rate a 5, but the company only rates a 1 due to their practices, so I changed my rating to the average of three. Update: once again, restore didn’t work after downloading on a new iPad (old iPad got bricked before I could back it up). Contacted the company providing proof of payment and they refuse to fix the issue or at least send me a code to repurchase the game. What this company is doing is fraud and I reported the fraud to Apple. This company continues fraudulent practices and should be banned from the App Store . I will NEVER purchase another game from these con artists again!

Missing targets level 14 and 15
This game is fun, but since I stared playing the latest release I cannot pick up the required items in levels 14 and 15. They are completely hidden and missing any clickable target on iPad and iPhone. Please fix. The other levels sometimes have partially visible targets but with some work, they can be picked up.

Even if you purchase this game, you cannot move beyond level 5. Super frustrating. Don’t waste your time or money.

I play on iPad Pro and the list of resources is covering up a merchant that I need access to in order to complete the quest. Please help!

Can’t finish level 11 ..can’t click on the left side because the merchant on the far left side of the screen is covered up so I can’t click on it..please fix..
Items in store up side of screen
I love these games, but I find that on my I pad the store items are shown up the side of the screen. This means on some levels it is difficult or impossible to access some of the items needed. For example level 24 I can’t see the last blue crystal, think it’s behind the storage bar. On walkthroughs it seems to be at the bottom. How do I change it?

App WILL steal your data
I have played these games for awhile and now I’m getting messages that they “copied from x app”. I have purchased more than one, but am deleting them all. I bought a game, not for someone to steal data from my phone! Beware!
Cannot complete level 22
Cannot access all of the crystals to complete this level. It is frustrating to pay for a game and not be able to complete it, I have enjoyed all of the other versions, too bad this one doesn’t work.

Needs Work
Game can be fun, but it doesn’t fit on the iPad screen, so needed items are often out of sight and it’s necessary to enlarge the page and move it around to search. A big pain.
Can’t move forward
I like playing this game, BUT can not move to the next level because it will NOT record items I pick up to comnplete quests! Paid to have the full version and feel RIPPED OFF!!!
Merchant covered up
I cannot play level 11 because the merchant is covered by the storage boxes for all the items.

I love playing the Island Tribe games, especially 4 and 5. However, I noticed that some time ago, following an update, something went missing from Level 40 of IT4 on the IOS platform.
Now, when you collect the three powders you have to remember how many of each that you have as the game no longer keeps a record as it does of other items collected. They used to be recorded in their own storage area at the top of the screen. I dare say that it’s just an error, that it just ‘slipped through’ the system, but as it has not been corrected after a number of further updates I have to downgrade the game from 5 stars to three.
It’s not possible to contact the game developers through the game to let them know of this glitch, so I’m just hoping that they read these reviews.
