Islanders App

Islanders is the staff app for resort teams. It brings the requests, approvals and everyday admin that used to mean paperwork and phone calls into one app you can use from anywhere on property. REQUESTS AND APPROVALS Raise a request in a few taps and follow it from submitted to approved. Forms adapt to the request type, so you only fill in what is actually needed. Approvers review and action their queue from the app, and team leaders can see what their team has outstanding. LEAVE Check your leave balances by type — opening, earned, used, applied and remaining — and see the leave you have taken by year, straight from HR. PASSES AND VISITORS Carry your passes on your phone. Request visitor passes and exit passes, with trip details and routes, and present the pass for check-in and check-out at the jetty. COMMUNITY See what is happening across the team with highlights, and find colleagues in the people directory. EVENTS, SURVEYS AND QUIZZES Browse upcoming events, respond to surveys, and take part in quizzes. WI-FI VOUCHERS Request and view Wi-Fi vouchers without going through the front desk. POLICIES AND HELP Read current policies and find help when you need it. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications tell you when a request is approved, when something needs your action, and when there is news for your team. Open a notification to go straight to the item. BUILT FOR PROPERTY LIFE A simple, fast design that works on the move, in the back of house as well as the front, with sign-in security and the option to archive what you no longer need. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED Islanders is for employees of participating resorts. Accounts are created by your HR team — you cannot register in the app. If you are a staff member and do not have a login yet, contact your HR department.
