Tried entering words into the search, did absolutely nothing.
Don't bother
It looks awful on a modern iPhone because the screen resolution is appallingly low. It doesn't look like it's being actively developed either.

Þetta app er best! Great app, could use more words but does great. totally worth having, and best of all works without Internet.
Good dictionary
I really like it, however i think it needs some morenuseful info: 1) Give more word examples (for eg: to run - he runs the marathon, she runs a big company etc)

Don't waste your time with this app. It has a horrible interface and is not a good dictionary either.
Great grammar book and dictionary
This is a great tool for helping you in the course work of any Icelandic language class. It combines both the grammar and the translated meaning.
Useful for study
Missing many words and definitions, but nonetheless handy to have.
Great App for Learning or Review Icelandic
Very useful app. Quick and intuitive interface and display. Large selection of words, though not comprehensive. Unfortunately, this app cannot search through the english translations. However, it works brilliantly when coupled with a translation app like Google Translate. I highly recommend it for cheap skates with any interest in learning Icelandic.

This is an excellent app - I wish more languages had such a resource.
So-so...
Very raw app. In fact,this is offline copy of Wikiorðabók with no links between articles. Very useful option (at least for me) "önnur orð með sömu fallbeygingu" is absent.

Amazing free dictionary
You can find almost every word and its declensions, along with translations in other languages (though that feature could be more consistent throughout).
