The app keeps saying I am not connected to the internet even though I am. It's 2026 and an app of this importance doesn't work, what a shame

App keeps saying not connected to internet even though I am. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and it’s still saying the same thing. This would be a great tool if it actually worked.

Will not accept username and password . Pay for membership and classes, but cannot even use the online feature. Very disappointed!

I can’t login. It keeps saying password or username is invalid but it’s not because I can login using the same from my laptop. But it won’t login using the app on my Apple iphone. Please fix it.

Just like at the conference. ISM fails again. First, all notes from conference erase from ISM2018 conference. Now this app does not work. How about sourcing IT professionals 🤦🏼♀️

I love the idea of the app but there are lots of bugs. App progress doesn’t sync to progress made on the computer or at least it isn’t very consistent. Pages don’t load properly. Hope they fix it soon.
