this app is difficult?
i brought a camera off of amazon, and i want the photos on my phone. i went through hell to connect the camera to my phone. i don't know how to get the photos off my camera, and onto my phone. connecting it over the wifi was painful. can y'all go back to the drawing board and fix this mess?????? terrible

Wifi not working
After purchased realized that wifi is not working.

This app does not work! We bought this camper for my son to use on vacation and connect to his iPad and every time I try to connect it the camera powers off. Please let me know if there is a work around.
WiFi won’t connect
Followed all steps and WiFi still will not connect from the phone app to the camera the WiFi connects but once I go into the app to finish the connection the camera just turns off even when the camera also displays that WiFi is ready and connected

I have spent countless hours trying to set up my S210 NBO and it is horrible with this stupid app of your guises like I can’t even do it. It keeps saying I can’t read the SD card that you guys gave me.
WiFi Connection Issues
I am constantly having issues with the app connecting to the camera “WiFi” and when I try to reconnect I get nothing but cannot connect messages. Then I have to start the wifi crash all over again. At this point I’m not sure I want to use the app!

Does not work
The camera shuts itself off as soon as the app tries to connect. I have tried everything. I have searched options. I had a friend try. I even took it to IT at work. Absolutely useless. I am so angry. Waste of time and money.

It will not connect
Like others, I have tried several times to connect this camera to the app and it does not work. I have tried the. Wi-Fi, which wants to connect it turns the camera off and the app doesn't show any photos. I tried Bluetooth and it connects, but the app still says it needs to add the camera.
Do not buy
The controls and setup are almost impossible to make work. With an iPhone 16 I have yet to connect or to download photos. Controls on camera sometimes work-sometimes don’t. If I could take this back I would

Delete this app and download SBCapp instead.
This app is absolutely horrible. Camera connects to phone wifi just fine but will not connect to the app, will turn the camera off every time I try to connect and then said failure to preview to sd card error or something like that. I found another app SBCapp I downloaded it (ignore the fact it says business) and it connected instantly! I can now easily download pictures from my camera!!

Can't find the transferred media from camera to iPhone over WiFi
No problems connecting to an action cam with wifi and controls the camera fine. Problems start when I try to transfer media over WiFi. It's very slow over WiFi but the problem lies in viewing videos. Once you start playing one you cannot go back to the menu and have to restart the app. Also the media is nowhere to be found on the iPhone. It does not store them in photos or videos and there is no folder created on files? Where are they stored. Resorted to taking the camera out of its case and taking the memory card out in the end. It's a bit of a faff.

My camera shuts off
The WiFi will connect to the phone, but every time I go to connect it in the app, the camera shuts off. It’ll stay connected as long as I don’t open the app, but the second I do, the camera shuts down. I’ve tried this both on my phone and iPad.
