Keeps crashing

I bought this and immediately registered it and updated all makes. Went to use it a week later and it says everything is invalid and I need to delete and try and redownload the app to fix it. Junk

Needs registered before use!

2 stars because it needs to be registered and signed in before use! Not all OBD bt dongles are compatible?
Other than that, one can not tryout, review and rate a product!
