Worked great ,, for one day
Worked great the day we got it. Now , a month later it refuses to go online ( so it doesn’t work at all ) . While exploring in the app trying to solve the problem I discovered “ movement alerts “ from a year before we bought it . So it was used and not disclosed . I’m afraid it’s useless now . :(

I purchased 3 cameras. 1 stopped working completely and the other 2 work when they want to. Not happy !! Now none work on app.
Not stable at all
It’s easy to setup but not reliable. The app keeps shutting down, also sometimes when you are away it’s doesn’t connect at all for no reason!

How do you set the camera to record on motion as I have to physically record only when I open the app and I’m watching. Seems pointless

I cannot connect my phone with the device because my WiFi has a dash and it will not let me connect

Total waste of money! This app just doesn’t work it’s constantly offline. I have better things to do then to be constantly connecting this junk!

Someone was able to download my camera app and watch me without entering the password.

Sad rules
This camera worked great until I changed my provider and got a new password and now it says they don’t except hyphenated service. It doesn’t say that on the website. I think if it hooks up to Wi-Fi then it shouldn’t matter what! Just hook me up already!!

Can’t rotate on my iPhone
I like the camera and features but it seems to lack rotating the video image as you watch it. U have to turn the phone one way to see landscape. Should be able to turn it in the opposite direction to see landscape when u turn the phone the other way. It seems like an easy update to enable rotate.

Cameras labeled NaamaSmart that have flashing red lights instead of blue, that do not connect to WiFi are fake. This is substantiated by Google and is not the fault of the the Ismartviewpro app. Any cameras furnished by the supplier that appear to work will hack segments of the video that may show areas for potential break-ins. Caution using these cameras for security.
