No more notifications
The app used to work fine but stopped getting notifications awhile ago which is very disappointing. They should fix this issue.
Doesn’t retrieve the right footage
Trying to retrieve footage from an alarm that happened during the day time, it shows me the footage of last nights recording. Terrible product all around.

Alarm notifications no longer work on iOS 14
Not very good.
Had this for about 8 months. Camera disconnects from app. Records to memory card, but error when playing back, and has to reconnect to internet. Have yet to record anyone coming in or out my front door.
Have an alarm set, but it doesn’t go off, although i did get a few notifications the odd time, but not now.
Email settings produce error as well.
Spent far too much time researching why this doesn’t work.

No audio on app
It doesn’t play audio on app but I didn’t really need that. Also for extreme cold winters in Canada I’m not sure it’ll work yet. I have yet to see. I bought two of these cameras
