The official online community of Operation Smile volunteers. Founded in 1982, Operation Smile is a global nonprofit that helps people born with cleft lip and cleft palate receive the care they need to thrive. Operation Smile works in almost 40 countries around the world to educate, train and mentor health care professionals who can provide essential surgical and comprehensive care to all who need it in their communities.
