So much potential- but huge bug and terrible service

Requires 10/month for an upgraded account to access many of the features after you pay for the app. Not happy about that but fine. Then I end up getting charged three times and the app still doesn't acknowledge that I upgraded it so it isn't fully functional. Multiple attempts to contact the company has resulted in no reply.

It's a shame because it had a lot of potential. Just fix this and give me my extra money back please!
