Charger beware! Might not work for you in a pinch
Good data sharing policies, however I couldn’t get the app to take my payment methods. Tried 4 different cards, and all were available to use. So it was a company side issue. Couldn’t recharge my car overnight as a result — which caused my plans to change significantly.
cannot add payment method
not possible to use due to constant refusal when adding payment method. the customer help page is nonexistent either. this eliminates all charging stations of this company in reykjavík, iceland.
Cannot add credit card
Needed to charge my car, but I was unable to add any credit cards. The app kept erroring and the support page was a 404. Advertises apple pay, but it didn’t have a way to use apple pay.
Does not take US credit cards
You can make an account but it’ll not add your credit card. Why? Because the app doesn’t accept US credit cards. Why even make an app that’s available in the US App Store if it doesn’t accept US credit cards?
Could not add payment method
Unfortunately the app is unusable as the payment method would not add despite trying several credit cards. Tried contacting help by phone and email without resolution.
Not accepting payment
I am traveling in Iceland and got a hybrid to save on gas. However, the Isorka app has not accepted three different payment cards. When I go to the “help” page it tells me that the page doesn’t exist. How can I charge my car without my payment method? I wish there was better support and less glitching in the app

Not English friendly when it doesn’t work
Why is it so hard for these companies to just let cars charge with a credit card like gas stations? Can’t use the app in remote areas if you don’t have cell reception, kept erroring out on payment even when I did have cell service, it did tell you about locations well.
Make a wallet card or something so charging can happen all the time or just accept a credit card at the charger.
