About

ISPCORE Technician is the field operations app for technicians working with Internet Service Providers that use the ISPCore platform. IMPORTANT: AN ACTIVE ISPCORE SERVER AND A TECHNICIAN ACCOUNT ARE REQUIRED. This app does not work as a standalone service. Technicians connect to their operator's server using credentials issued by the ISP. KEY FEATURES TICKETS View assigned tickets by status, receive notifications for new assignments, start work, and close jobs with intervention notes, causes, solutions, and materials used. CUSTOMERS AND CONNECTIONS Search by name, customer code, or phone number. View subscription information, live PPPoE session details, IP address, session duration, ONU model, optical port, signal levels, and the FTTH path from the POP to the splitter port. ONU DIAGNOSTICS Check live optical signal readings, attenuation, device status, type, and physical port information. Find unassigned devices by scanning the label or entering the serial number. NETWORK MAP View network structures and cables on a map, filter by asset type, and record customer locations when authorized. INVENTORY Check the materials and devices assigned to you. Record deliveries, consumption, transfers, recipient signatures, and serialized equipment. OLT MONITORING Monitor temperature, CPU, memory, uptime, fans, and the ONU inventory. Filter devices by online, offline, or unassigned status. SECURE FIELD ACCESS Use biometric authentication and dark mode for faster, safer work in the field. Operational data is stored on the ISP's own ISPCore server, with access controlled by the operator.
