Downloaded the app & when I went to launch it, it froze right away. 🤦🏻♀️ No help AT ALL!

A Wonderful App - could you please Update it
Does nothing
I log in and I can not choose anything. I’m supposed to be doing flash cards through this app but I can’t even move anywhere through this app. It opens and that’s it

I don’t even think this even exist anymore. It’s just a shell with nothing in it.
Inutilisable
Quelque soit le type de lien ou de vidéo/cours, quelque soit la provenance, le lancement de la vidéo ne marche pas. Bug permanent, application inutilisable en l’état.

Feels early 2000's
I used this app for flashcards. It is ridiculous that any software in the year of our lord 2024 could run what is basically a PowerPoint presentation so badly on a modern phone. Why there are any loading times at all is a complete mystery. But on top of that slowing you down there's also slow animations that you can't remove with customization. I'm so upset with my educational program for offering a study resource on this app

Doesn’t work
I installed for the purpose of viewing health department presentations, and it always fails to load the presentation. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Does not fit new ipad screens
Ispring doesn’t adapt anymore to the new Ipad screen dimension.
The presentation is bigger than my Ipad pro 11’ and there is no way to resize it

I downloaded the app and after swiping through the initial “informative screen” and clicking on the “get started” link, it took me to a screen that would not do anything no matter where I tapped or swiped. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice, with the same outcome. Useless.
