New app has lots of nice features
There are a lot of good features to this app, including connecting buses. It updates delays and in general gives lots of information
Independent People with disabilities
When are you going to add position of accessible carriages to the app? The impossible step down into the train is dangerous.

It would be nice to see next to each scheduled train where the ♿️ carriages are because someone stupidly ordered carriages that don’t reach the platforms.

Language
The app works fine. But the previous version allowed you to switch languages. Now only Hebrew.

this feb 2024 update doesn’t recognize ‘ben gurion’ as a search term for destinations although it appears in the destination list.

Apparently, the cost from point A to B is a guarded secret. There are no prices.
To understand the cost, you must choose a payment solution that asks you to purchase a multi-usage card- without telling you the cost of the trip.
It's not designed for tourists/ travellers.

Whoever did the English translations for this app clearly has a very limited understanding of the language.

במסך ״לוח זמנים״ שמופיע כמסך תוצאות בתכנון מסלול, תאפשרו לראות תוצאות שהן אחרי ולפני השעה שהמשתמש חיפש.
כרגע המשתמש חייב לחזור למסך החיפוש ולעדכן את הזמנים שוב ושוב וזה מעצבן ומתיש.
זה פיצ׳ר בסיסי. היחידי שבגללו האפליקציה נמצאת אצלי בטלפון. לפחות תעשו שהוא יעבוד כמו שצריך.
*המשתמש צריך להיות מסוגל לראות *הרבה* תוצאות קדימה ואחורה. נגיד לפחות חצי יום קדימה וחצי יום אחורה.

Poorly functioning app
I really wish they would make this app better. Generally very annoying disfunctioning app.

Unstable when you need it most
The app is generally slow and unstable, but doubly so when train delays occurs (presumably due to the added server load). Are trains running late and you’re hoping to figure out which platform you should be on - forget about it! Crashes, randomly empty search results, and endless loading times are to be expected.

Consistently crashes. Horrible and uncomfortable user interface and user experience. Israel is packed with computer scientists. It really cannot be that hard to build a decent app....
It does the job
The app does the job. I just hope that such a railway could potentially have a better designed and functional app.

Can’t get time tables application crashes , I updated it but it doesn’t help.
