The worst app to ever exist. Doesn’t let you log in half of the time how the heck are we supposed to add our cars or any visitors. Always logs you out too. You try to log in and it sends you back to the log in page over and over again. Do not use this app!
No Towing Anymore??
I used to be able to request a tow trucker to come remove someone from MY PAID parking spot and now that’s not even an option anymore. Don’t understand why they took everything but two options away.

Where's exactly as planned, every you location #, plate # and the unit you're visiting - that's it. Once i had a pending ticket but i keep my email receipts for the date & time i registered the car, it was registered.
Money grabber
revenue collection is being prioritized over fairness and reasonable discretion….
Falla es el sistema
Tuvieron una falla en el sistema el día 20 de febrero del 2026. gracias a esa falla mi auto quedó fuera del carport. Mi familia y yo salimos fuera desde el día sábado y llegamos ayer, domingo por la noche. hoy mi esposo fue por su carro para ir a trabajar y el carro no estaba. Al ir a la oficina del apartamento los llaman y ustedes dicen que hubo un error en el sistema y el viernes mi auto se borró del carport y que ahora deben cobrarme el parking desde el día sábado, que no me hubiesen cobrado si hubiese ido por el carro el sábado ( andábamos de vacaciones !!) como me vas a cobrar por un error que tú ocasionaste!! Esto es más un tipo de estafa, estás quitando los carros del sistema, te los estás llevando y estás cobrando el parking🤬🤬🤬

Nothing on app works
This app is required by my apartment complex yet nothing is even accessible in the app. Can’t login, app crashes or doesn’t load. Can’t access from mobile app or in web browser.
Scammers
I paid online using my credit card and on the website it wrote “payment declined try again” BUT it does SHOW THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD ! AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO contact A LIVE PERSON !

L’appli fonctionne mal et dit qu’elle refuse le paiement, nous obligeant à refaire un autre paiement. En vérifiant mon compte, l’appli m’a chargée 2 fois pour la même demande. C’est pas correct.

Ticketing residents
Istall staff have ticked multiple residents multiple times in my building these spots are already paid for and resident have stickers in their windshields that arnt being cross referenced with the parking spot the employee just ignored me at first until other residents came out to confront him. He also showed me a list of cars at our building number that he’s suppose to ticket mean while all this company is suppose to do is look after our visitor parking

Fraudulent activities on Canada NCC land
I’ve paid for a monthly parking pass on Laurier street, Gatineau, and they keep giving me parking tickets. They ignore my appeal through their website, and it is impossible to speak to an agent. You only speak to a robot who brings you back to their website. This is fraud, and it is illegal.
Sign in with Google not working
It doesn’t let me login with Sign in with Google. It was working fine before. It has stopped working now.

Please invest in something better
This app is truly not very good — very Web 1.0. Generally slow, non-responsive, and lacking functionality that mirrors the device it’s installed on (Why is there a physical back button? Why is the “home” button hidden behind a share icon?). Also why can I only sign in with Google? Why can’t I sign in with my Apple ID? The privacy policy is also quite broad, and has a lot of leeway to disclose all collected data with no oversight mechanism.
Does not inspire a high-degree of confidence in the service, and I haven’t even had to actually use it yet. I know iStall is a startup but please, please, get a grant or something and put your money into literally any other dev shop or low-code platform.

Incredibly horrible app
Doesn’t let me log in to my gmail account so I can’t get further than the log in step when trying to pay for a spot. Works when I use my laptop but then you lose the convenience of using your phone.
Terrible service and App
I wanted to switch spot because there was a free spot in front of the apartment. But it wouldn’t let me register for it because I had to wait for until the beginning of the month to cancel my spot! Should be able to pre register for a different parking spot. Now I can’t even register back for my old parking spot until the beginning of next month. Customer service won’t even bother to help.

No wonder why the rating is so bad. The app is buggy, horrible in performance, lack of orientation, the contact does not exists.
