Your app really needs an upgrade
People who work as a tour gides within your program, true professionals with a lot of knoledge and patience does not deserve to have app like this you definitly need an upgrade everything else was fenomenal interms of profesionalism and hard working guides

Nothing appears to happen when I open the app. Just a blank white screen with partial writing in the upper left corner.
Not suitable for traveler!
I got this app for my trip to Istanbul and found it to be clunky and slow. You’d have to log in every time to access it. Also there wasn’t a checklist or to do list where you could organize your itinerary and check off sites that had been seen, which would have been helpful. The only good thing was that I didn’t have to printout my voucher and saved 1/1,000,000 of a tree.

Not optimized
The app needs an update to fit the newer model iPhone’s screen. Details entered are lost every time you close the app, which only functions as a browser to access their website. Safari works best here.
