Die App stürzt ständig ab
Ich würde die App so gerne benutzen, aber sie stürzt unglaublich schnell ab. Es gibt nicht mal die Möglichkeit sich alle Attraktionen in der App anzuschauen

I downloaded the Istanbul Travel Guide, but surprise, when you open the app, it’s Bangkok Travel Guide, and nothing about Istanbul.

Please, test and fix bugs
Something is wrong with the map. Galata tower and a few more poi are at the water. Far from the real poi. I do respect the efforts and time invested in app development but, please, fix the bugs. Allegedly it’s not the only one. The core idea is great, thanks.

I downloaded the app, upgraded (I paid) and surprise ... offline maps do not work. No downloads because you pay for nothing ...
Good but expensive
This app seems reasonably priced at first glance, but every time you want to download a city guide so that you can use it on the go without internet connection, you have to pay $5 - $8 for each city. For someone visiting ,say, ten cities in Europe it suddenly becomes very expensive.
The whole point of a guide is that it is available out in the city, not just in your hotel or Airbnb.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you have had a bad experience with the app. We are trying to improve it in a daily basis. As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them.
