Crashed 5 times in the 20 minutes I’ve been using it

Update- we are NOT running an older version. And troubleshooting via email hasn’t fixed a single thing. Still crashes every few minutes. Will get completely stuck to the point I have to delete whatever match I’m in the middle of and start a new one. Wasting so much time. Will be reaching out to PayPal for a refund and finding a different app to use going forward.

We use this app every year. And it has increasingly gotten worse about crashing. Just downloaded to begin this season and it’s crashed 5 times in the past 20 minutes and I haven’t even gotten to start entering stats. VERY expensive to be this glitchy. Really irritated that I just spent $40 instead of going to a different app.

BEST stat app out there

First of all the rally scoring and quick tap method is the absolute best way to track ball and player movements. But the company itself is amazing. Barry in support: that man (or whoever is behind the curtain) has helped me with every question issue or confusion over had for the past 4 years and the response time is SO FAST!!!

Data and Support

This app definitely has a learning curve. However, it also provides multiple levels of detail that you can choose from for in game stats to allow for simpler stats. At the higher levels, the data available can be extremely helpful, especially since you can analyze your stats at anytime during the match.
Additionally, the customer support is top notch. Barry was very responsive and helpful when I was having account issues and helped me get them resolved quickly.

Glitching again and again

Glitching again, when I try to analyze a match, just keeps crashing … Why do a major update in the middle of club and collegiate spring season?

Very limiting

So I thought I would try this app. Unfortunately there was no way to actually use the app. Certainly not going to pay large dollars based on a few help videos that are too small to see. Also looks like days of configuration just to get started. Lastly it’s very geared towards the United States.

Now the developers get back to me more than a year after this review.

The 14 day free trial includes 100% of the functionality of the app. The tutorial videos are available both within the app, as well as on our YouTube channel if you're looking to view them at a larger size. We are US based though, so the app is based on volleyball rules here. If you have feature requests for other rule sets, please let us know!
