Clunky in too many options
Every year they change the app and it doesn’t make it any better. It just makes it different and you have to relearn something. I did like the map feature that you get clicked on a location, but the messaging part did not work and it was different than the on-site chat.
Buggy at Best
This app has a lot of promise but would insist that I wasn’t on WiFi when I was. Half the time the “find on map” feature wouldn’t work.

Searches don’t show all events, making it impossible to reliably find sessions

Impossible to see everything at one time. Need a simple timeline
My schedule didn’t sync
I went through the program weeks ago and selected sessions I wanted to attend. When I open the app and login, none of my choices are listed under my schedule.
Poor
Requires too much clicking to see session information (like who is speaking). Filters don’t work well.
just terrible
hate the auto play video EVERY time. layout of the program not useful bc have to scroll so much. no quick access to times. HORRIBLE display for virtual sessions if using an iPhone.
Poorly designed app
I’m not sure who designed this app, but last year‘s app was much better designed. To begin with why put a video a user may only watch once on the top of the landing screen. I’ve looked to see how I can turn it off in settings. I don’t think I can. And on the website, I favored a number of sessions. My favorite sessions don’t seem to have transferred to the app. And why list sponsors on the landing page. Again, not a very good use of space. I also wonder why it was not available until just days before the conference. Come on ISTE/ASCD, you can do better.
