My iStickPro worked fantastic for a couple of years but has now stopped working on my iPhone.

I don’t know why Apple even have this app on the Store. It does not even work. Plug the USB into the phone and nothing happens. Do not buy the USB.
iPhone 10 and 11
This does not work with iPhone 10 or 11. No updates for 2 years.
Can not connect
I have never been able to connect to the stick on an iPad or iPhone. The computer does recognize it. A piece of junk.

Thank you for this app please update to open the contents of sdcard in files.(iOS 13).

I use this app to transfer mp3 audiobooks from my computer to my iPhone 6 via the iStickPro device which plugs into the phone and the App.
The problem I have with the App is ;
When I am listening to the audiobook which I have uploaded into the iStick pro app, it stops if the screen goes off (battery conserve mode active or you press the button on the side of the phone to blank the screen or you minimise the app ! )
The App will only play if it is always active and displayed on the phones screen !
The developers need to sort this problem.
Other than this the app seems to work ok .

It is so far recognized by my PC, have not been able to get my iPad or iPhone to access this device. All it does is say "calculating disk space" Come on folks, either fix the software or write a new hardware version so that these things work.

Stick stopped working
Loaded up Pro version. Stick not recognized. On iOS 9.3.5 on iPad Pro and Air 2. Stick works in PC USB port fine.
iStick it the bin
Total waste of money then time. Company has this image of itself marketing a good product but it doesn't work and never has, and after about a year clearly never will.

Does not recognize istick
The istick stopped working within the last year. It is no longer recognized by the app. I have tried to contact support but get no response. The support page offers no help and no firmware upgrade.
AARGH!
I have an iPhone 6+ and an iPad mini. These are expensive products, so naturally I have them in protective cases. The i-Stick is unusable unless you remove your device from its case (and possibly break the case) in order to plug it in. NOT happy!
Works fine for me
Works great. Converted our iTunes library of movies and put it on the stick. Happy toddler on a twelve hour trans-Atlantic flight! Haven't tried to do anything else with it, but it has worked perfectly for the purpose I bought it for.

Beware this company
You innocently buy a piece of hardware, then download the software to use it, they then claim you bought a counterfeit stick and disable it's usefullness (still functions perfectly as a pc usb stick), and apple allows this dodgy practice. Of course they don't tell you straight away, no first it works for a couple of weeks until it's too late to return the product. Avoid at all costs!
