I’ve had it plugged into my iPhone 13 ProMax for days. Last time I saw the bar graph it seemed like it was 1/3 complete backing up my photos, but it may have been the device is 1/3 full. Of course this App works with their USB Backup stick with an iPhone adapter. Seemed to start ok, but taking far too long, and now it’s been stuck on “Device is Reading, please wait”
I’ve emailed the developer and have had no reply.
I unplugged it and plugged into my laptop and it looks like all my photos have been backed up since 2020, but the videos are just 5 second clips of my actual video, and the sound is chopped and doesn’t quite match the movement. Very weird.
I’ll probably send it back to Amazon for a refund.
Oh, a few minutes ago I got a message saying IStore wants to access your device. I selected allow, but the screen hasn’t changed. Reading, Please wait.

I rec’d the same message about phone needing to be plugged in and it is plugged in. This device is going back. Zero stars.

Horrible App!
I just got my adapter and this app won't even recognize that my phone is plugged in. I tried everything but all it did was stay on the same screen telling me that “no device is found”. My phone is plugged in and actively charging so it's there and it is not a faulty cord or brick. What good is it to get a better price if it's for products that don't work?

Purchased his cube for back up storage for my phone. And it just glitches and then fails to download then has error codes while all being plugged in not being bothered. Looks like a return unless fixed
