Paid for PRO, but no access!
I purchased the PRO version of this app for €9.99 but lost access to the features the very next day. Despite reaching out to customer support, I haven’t received any response. As it stands, I neither have access to the PRO features nor a refund. Extremely disappointed with this experience. I do not recommend purchasing until these issues are resolved.
