Shuts down
As soon as I launch the app, it shuts down again. So it’s only an Icon that opens and immediately shuts down again. Useless.
Fails to open
Paid £25 for this App, worked fine on my old iPad for a couple of years, just downloaded it onto my new replacement iPad and it will just not open. Really disappointed.

Search box blacks out
I paid for this and still can only use it once or twice before the search box turns black and I am unable to type in search terms. Bogus.
Useless Maps
This app has gone to the dog house, throws you out after a small time, search bar goes black…..and they charge for it!!! They will never get any more money from me

I have this on both my I pad and mobile. It works on the iPad but hasn’t worked on the phone for years now.
Dont work on iPad Air 13 - no assistance available.

Will not open on my iPad after I had to reset it. Tried reloading but it did not work. A pity it was a good app that I used regularly. Subscription cancelled.
Crashes all the time
I have used this app for many years on my IPhone and always liked it. But recently, it is unusable. It throws me out as soon as I open the app and no matter what I do to try and resolve the matter, it just doesn't work. A huge disappointment. I now use apps which work properly. I hope this matter can be addressed in the future.

Shame
I can no longer use this app on my phone. As another review stated, it was black where the street was typed and when I got fed up with that happening, I tried deleted and reinstalled the app and then on opening it, it kept going back to the Home Screen so is impossible to use.
Stopped working
Always worked well as was always my go to street map. Changed my phone and it stopped working. Doesn’t seem to work on iPhone 16. You click on the app and it flashes like it’s going to open it then it goes back to the Home Screen. Have tried deleting and reinstalling it a few times and nothing
New iPad mini
This app, although described as “works on this device” does not work at all, I have the new iPad mini just released and iStreets just kicks you out of the app as soon as you attempt to go on to it
Help please fix the app
Update- still not working. This had been since I updated my phone to the new IOS 18.1. Please update the app to make it compatible.

How have they not fixed the bugs by now after all this time?
Barely useable. Every time i try to use it a page pops up telling me to subscribe when i already have and i have to keep closing it again and again. The search bar is pitch black you can’t even see what you are typing. This app is unacceptable since they actually expect us to pay for this.

Bad advertisement
You have to pay for a subscription for it to work the way it was advertised. Personally I only downloaded it to see the streets but I can’t do that if I don’t pay 4 pounds a month.
