Never Connects
Horrible. App connected once to the light and never has again. Every time it tries to it fails or doesn’t even register the light is available to be connected to the app. So ridiculous I don’t know how anyone can even utilize this app. Already deleted it. I’ll stick to using the remote that came with the light.

Presets needed
Kinda disappointing i cant do presets. Also the animation flashes always have to be rbg, i want tobe able to make presets for that too.

When I downloaded it, it was horrible I tried to see if my LED lights would work, but it doesn’t work like it’s even worse than Roblox so developers if you’re if you’re looking at this, please change it because it is the worst

Can’t connect 2nd light
The app won’t pick up the 2nd light I bought

they’re good and work well had them for over 2 years now
Works about 10% of the time
While the transmitter will work at a certain location, seconds later it will not work…then suddenly it will work again and cycle back to not working at all. Totally unreliable!
amazing sunset lamp
i’ve had it for over 3 years, turned on every day. The light hasn’t dimmed. It’s perfect 😍

Never had a problem with it but recently I haven’t been able to connect it at all and there have been some small issues with lag
Can’t turn off effects
Once the effects are turned on there’s no way to turn them off. Beyond frustrating.
It’s been on for about 5 days, the strips are already starting to fall off.
It looks like the app hasn’t been updated in a year, and I can’t understand the “app support” because it’s all in Mandarin.
This came with a bookshelf, so I didn’t pick the lights themselves. I’m going to have to buy separate lights to not cause a seizure.

horrible useless app
The app does not work. Don’t waste your money on the lamp. My lamp is totally useless because this app DOESN’T WORK!
doesn’t connect ?
the app just won’t connect to me lamp. The lamp and remote works well but I have tried multiple times to connect it and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still won’t work and i don’t know why or how to fix it
It’s clock is never right
I have it set to turn off at 8pm and sometimes it’s 8, sometimes it’s 8:15 and sometimes it doesn’t turn off at all. No way to make sure the clock is right. Otherwise it’s easy to use and manipulate. Just wish whatever clock it’s using for the timer settings was better. Turns on with no issue and always on time.

Lack of options
It’s not a lot to work with to have a light creative freedom. Like more options to have different types of lighting mode with no color choosing. Everything is pretty much preset control. Only one thing you can control is just pick one color at a time with dimmer setting.

Pretty cool
I was gifted this for Christmas by my bestfriend. I had seen this all over my socials and thought it was an awesome light. Videos for the advertisements of this product were a little off when displaying light colors, as the lamp cannot create the gradient of colors, so the appearance isn’t as smooth, but it’s still pretty cool to have.
