App won’t load. Just says failed connection. Tried deleting and downloading, doesn’t help

Doesn’t work

This app doesn’t work. I’ve deleted and re-installed a couple times and all I get is connection failed, retrying with the never ending circle going round and round. You would think a substantial sized university could build a App that actually worked. Very concerned now about how my daughter will get a quality education if this is the quality they produce.

The app never loads. It says “failed and retrying” every time I tried to load it. And I tried over 20 times. ISU: please get this app to work.
