Needs Major Improvement
Feels incomplete and is really buggy. Not sure how it is coded or what quality control looks like, but it behaves like most other internal software systems found at ISU which is to say not great. I have yet to be able to send or reply to messages consistently. Logging in and loading the app is an ordeal and crashes often. It has successfully handled a video call for a virtual appointment but only
On IOS. Forget about using this app on Android. Navigation seems to work fine, but not enough to do in the app for that to be tested rigorously. Works good for viewing past visits and records of them. Overall, has potential but needs some refinement and additional capabilities to warrant it’s existence in comparison to alternatives.
