Extremely expensive.
Software is free but useless until you create an account on their web site. The it’s a very pricey per month fee to use.
Good app just one bug
Easy to use app have been using it for years would be t stars if it did not randomly crash now and then during a survey we do a lot of surveys so this is a really small issue but seems to have increased lately would be great if this could fixed
Superb surveys
I use this for my job, and it works wonderfully. It’s got some nice time saving features- the ability to swipe back and forward between questions, and the ability to select an answer from a drop down list using just a few letters. I’ve never had any problems with this app.
Issue with IOS when collecting email addresses
I have been using this program for 3+ years without issue. However there is a glitch when users are taking survey on iOS device. If asking for email the program does does record answer when user hits “done” instead of next. Even if question is required user skips q and program does not record answer.
There is NO way to contact anyone from this company making it impossible to get any assistance.

Exelent survey app
I have been using these app to run several surveys for our clients. It’s incredibly easy to use and the fact that the field team can use their own phones its even better.
Not just that but costumer service is fantastic. Highly recommended. Easy to use and affordable, best option out there by far!

Great tool for data capture and a business resource
This app is great and the functionality it brings has proved so beneficial to both my role and organisation. Managing the content through the website is straightforward and can be changed and amended as and when necessary is no time at all and at zero cost. The backup support offered is first class and the speed of response is excellent which is just what you need when you have a large team out in the field. In summary, I wouldn’t be without this now and the more it’s being used in the organisation the more opportunities we are finding to use it elsewhere it is that useful.

Great for trade shows
We use iSURVEY to capture leads at our trade shows because we don’t need an internet connection. Our shows are in locations that wifi is expensive and not always reliable and this gives us the ability to capture all day and then upload when we have service. It’s easy to install and simple to use and our salespeople love it.

Most reliable, flexible, cost-effective and responsive field tool
As a specialised behaviour research company we require options for data collection that adapt to innovative methodologies. After extensive review of competitors offerings we were early adopters of iSURVEY because it enabled responsiveness for tool refinement in field (and from home base) with sophisticated design choices and detailed analysis options.
We have used it successfully with highly trained staff and relatively inexperienced crew who we were training. Indeed we have been proud to pass on completed questionnaires to our clients confident in the accessibility of the tool for them to use.
Minor criticisms are the time between moving question choices into position (often due to internet speeds) and sometimes having too much detail about survey administration time in analysis spreadsheets.
The team at iSURVEY stands in front and behind their product and they have resolved quickly .....many urgent matters resulting from infield contingencies in CBD rural and remote settings in Australia and NZ ...in a timely, friendly, personable and professional manner.
I have complete confidence in recommending this tool.

A simple and easy to use survey app, has been a real solution for our organisation. Allows us to evaluate the many services that we offer in settings where there is no wifi. Easy upload interface which can connect multiple devices. Very effective.

This app was great! Easy to create a survey, easy to use, and the product looked great. I used this for the second time for a class project and could not be happier. Once again I needed something students could use without wifi and then upload data later. No problems at all with the survey or with uploading/downloading data. The response from users was amazing too... many asked about the app and commented about how easy it was and fun too!
Once again Tech support was amazing! They remembered me from 4 years ago and provided the same great support. A huge thank you for all of the support!

Excellent product for surveying visitors to our festival. Used volunteers phones and tablets and easy to analyse results.
Simple to use and effective
Programming surveys is extremely easy to do, even with no programming experience. No code is required and they have just about every question type you need for robust surveys.
Most importantly, this does not crash and there are no surprises when fielding, it does what it is supposed to. More advanced programming such as piping and branching from multiple response questions would make this App even better.
I've tried other offline survey software / apps and while the cost was about 10-15 times this one, they boasted more functionality, which they did have, but the surveys would crash and the data would have errors. It was a relief to go back to using iSurvey.
