Kit costs $149, app doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. I entered the code, literally nothing happened. Entered the code again, without the capitalizations, it said that was a improper code. So I know my code is proper, that didn’t happen when I entered it with the capitalizations. It just literally does not do anything. Had the hubby look at it as he’s more of a tech type than I am. He said delete it, feels like a scam.

Good morning. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. 1)We were updating our server, and some codes might have temporarily not worked. As of now, the issue has been resolved, and if you reinstall the App or update it, everything will work. Also, there is a customer support button in the top right corner of the App, which is very responsive and resolves any issues. If you no longer have your code, just write to customer support, and we will send you a new one. 2)We've updated our privacy policy, and now you can choose the language, including English. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We really hope that you will try to assemble the String Kit and get an amazing result and enjoy the assembly process
