Simple yet powerfull
This is a truly indispensible tool for any network administrator on the go. The app packs many useful features in an interface that is easy to operate. Recently, there was an error affecting the network scan function. The creator of the app was very efficient and provided an update to fix the error in a timely manner. Every network administrator should have this reliable app in their IT “toolbox”.

I’ve noticed recently the .us domain who is lookup crashes the app.
Please consider updating it to fix this and perhaps other issues.

Super useful
I’ve been using this app for years. Nothing fancy, but it does what it does well. I appreciate that 4+ years in the author still patches it, so many apps like this get abandoned after a couple of IOS versions.

even as Apple has crippled some of the apps abilities through the years, it has remained very useful and works flawlessly. All the core troubleshooting functionality is very well laid out

NOT a WiFi scanner
Bought it because it was advertised as a WiFi scanner. Does not contain WiFi scanner. Waste of $ due to false advertising. Still looking for multi-AP signal strength scanner for business IT use.

Provides very simple, functional tools for network troubleshooting. Great to quickly check reported issues when away from my desk at work.
Great app
The hostnames/ip addresses should be cached so they don't have to be re-entered in each time/window. If you have put an ip in once it should drop down the next time you enter an address with the option of deleting it. Like the way the address bar works in Safari.
Only 3 stz because of pricetag and lack of cached addresses. Just because I work in tech doesn't mean I expect to pay a lot for a tool like this no matter how functional.

This is "User Friendly" app for a "Non Tech" business woman! I am self employed and use my computer a great deal in the context of delivering my professional services. I suspected my network had been compromised, but I lacked the skills to document the problem. This app is thorough, reliable and has given me the documentation to "show" I.T. Professionals that my computer has been hacked. I no longer have to struggle to describe my problems now that the results of scans and other diagnostics can be printed and proven!

Gives numbers, but you don't have a clue what you are looking at. Not worth the $7 in anyway. Other free apps seem to give the same info in a friendlier way. Wasted my money......
Much better than what I bought for the laptop!
When I want to know what's on my network this is the app that I use. Whom ever put this up together knows when IT person needs.

Dieses Tool hat mir als Admin schon oft gute Dienste geleistet und ich möchte es nicht mehr auf meinen iOS Devices missen.
Das einzige was ich mir noch wünschen würde, wäre eine WOL-Funktion mit der sich auch spezifische IPs (v4/v6) adressieren ließen.

Wer sich vom Titel leiten lässt und einen WLAN-Scanner erwartet wird enttäuscht. Netzwerkadministratoren und alle die mit Servern und Erreichbarkeit arbeiten gibt diese App allerdings ein sehr nützliches Tool an die Hand. Es ist sehr gut auf die Touch-Bedienung ausgelegt und wärmstens zu empfehlen!
Entgegen anderer Bewertungen funktioniert bei mir in der aktuellen Version auch IPv6 uneingeschränkt.

Useful and reliable
In many forums and websites, I see questions regarding home networking, addressed with about as much enthusiasm as an oncoming cold. As such,my only complaint with IT Tools is its lack of a help/support section. If you plan to use it, come knowledgeable, or know where you can look you terms and their relationships between each other. Like I said, nobody wants to deal with elementary illnesses. That said, as a self-taught, still learning enthusiast, I find this app to be reliable, full of information, and consistent. Other apps crash on me, or provide only surface information. Not so here. Finally, I am quite leery of many network apps, IT Tools is one that I trust.
