Doesn’t make calls
I just downloaded this for work and was pumped to be able to call customers on the go. It loaded with all my stuff properly but when I go to dial a number, it beeps once and goes back to dial page. Won’t ring, or tell me why. I’ve changed settings making sure everything is enabled, added a “1,” made sure it was checked “call using IT voice,” input my cell #, etc. I can see which teammates are on calls like usual. But it’s a joke trying to dial out. There are 0 support/help options inside app. If you click on support outside the app it simply takes you to their main IT Voice page. I can’t believe an app meant to make outgoing calls, especially one meant for use in business and professional settings, could be so bad that it doesn’t even do the 1 thing it’s primary purpose is made to do. You gotta be kidding me.
