Péssimo

Péssima experiência com o app ultimamente. Ele trava quando você mais precisa. Fiquei minutos esperando uma corrida que constava como aceita, mas ao falar com o motorista, ele disse que não havia aceitado. O erro do sistema me prejudicou, e na nova tentativa o tempo de espera era inviável (14 min). O suporte e a estabilidade deixam muito a desejar.

Esqueci um celular no carro e a empresa não oferece NENHUM suporte ou forma de conseguirmos contatar a empresa ou qualquer um dos motoristas. A página dela na internet é só enfeite. O e-mail contendo o recibo da viagem, o link não abre. Não sei o que fazer ou a quem recorrer.
