Do NOT buy. This is a SCAM. The app is not in English, you try to follow the instructions provided and nothing works. My first scam but I won’t fall for it again. Have reported to bank for investigation.

Unless you are next to the tag it doesn’t work. Do not waste your money. I was offered a refund then they stopped replying and didn’t refund. This needs to be shut down and legal action taken. Would give zero stars if it was an option

This is complete junk. My wife ordered it without checking out reviews. The app doesn’t work. The iTags don’t connect to Bluetooth. Total waste of money
It all sucks! The app, the customer service, the order process!
One bad thing after the other. Added items to my order that I did not request. Immediately took my money. Spent hours trying to cancel and get my money back as soon as I ordered. They kept requesting information I had already sent and then conveniently it was too late to cancel, but then they didn’t ship my item until days later. Took forever to get here. Then the instructions don’t match the app. The app is useless! What a waste of time and money! Save yourself and don’t order!!!

I bought an itag Pro on the “official website” that a few of the videos recommended.
I spent $40ish and waited about two weeks to receive the product. It arrived today. I went to set it up. According to the directions, step one is to “open the app”.
There is no iTag Pro app in the App Store except this one.
I’m glad I didn’t buy three. I’m basically throwing the product away after I finish writing this review. So frustrating. This is my first time being scammed…

I am frustrated with myself for falling for this straight up scam. It isn’t just a bad product. It is a scam. Theft. No need to add details that have been supplied in other reviews.

The instructions seem simple however, once you start trying to download all of the information that they request it is horrible. Nothing works. and the information is in a foreign language, possibly Chinese and there are no instructions that help you in any way. if there are problems getting my money back then I will follow that in a future bit of information.
