Doesn’t work

I waited a month for these tags and when connected to iPhone, map doesn’t work and find itag button is completely non functional.
Only thing that works is the annoying beep.

Response from developer

Hi PaulC38, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, especially after waiting a month for your tags — we completely understand how frustrating that must be. From your description, it sounds like your iPhone may not support AOA (Angle of Arrival) / AOD directional tracking features. On devices without this hardware capability, the map precision and “Find iTag” directional function may not work as expected. In those cases, the sound alert (beep) feature will still function normally. That said, we truly want to help you get the best possible experience. Please contact our support team with your iPhone model and iOS version, and we’ll guide you step-by-step to check compatibility and settings. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to assist you.

This device is literally pointless

Had high hopes for this but as soon as it gets 10 or so feet away it loses the signal.
Can’t have more than one at a time, and even just one won’t work right…

Response from developer

Hi Menot you, We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Bluetooth trackers typically have an effective range of around 10–30 feet indoors, depending on walls, interference, and your phone model. Signal drop beyond that distance can be normal behavior, especially in environments with obstacles or heavy wireless interference. Regarding using multiple tags — the app does support multiple devices, so it sounds like something may not be configured correctly. We’d truly like to help you get it working as intended. Please reach out to our support team with: • Your phone model • iOS/Android version • Tag model • App version We’ll walk you through troubleshooting and make sure everything is properly set up. We appreciate you giving it a try and would love the chance to turn this experience around for you.

The arrow.

This app gets the job done, however what infuriates me is the arrow. Whenever it says “direction towards arrow” it can never stay in one place. The arrow always seems to point where it wishes. I can never find my iTag, which I got for free from a convention centre.

Playing the sound works . Just trying to find it with the on screen arrow doesn’t work. The arrow does what it wants, and the little itag photo seemingly just shows distance?

I am at a loss of how to find my iTag besides sound using this app.

Thank you for feedback. I am sorry for your bad experience, you are getting error on Arrow due to your Tag limitation, your tag don't have AoA and AoD antenna. We will love your response.
