From your description, it sounds like your iPhone may not support AOA (Angle of Arrival) / AOD directional tracking features. On devices without this hardware capability, the map precision and “Find iTag” directional function may not work as expected. In those cases, the sound alert (beep) feature will still function normally. That said, we truly want to help you get the best possible experience. Can’t have more than one at a time, and even just one won’t work right…

Bluetooth trackers typically have an effective range of around 10–30 feet indoors, depending on walls, interference, and your phone model. Signal drop beyond that distance can be normal behavior, especially in environments with obstacles or heavy wireless interference. The arrow.
Playing the sound works . Just trying to find it with the on screen arrow doesn’t work. The arrow does what it wants, and the little itag photo seemingly just shows distance?
I am at a loss of how to find my iTag besides sound using this app.

Thank you for feedback. I am sorry for your bad experience, you are getting error on Arrow due to your Tag limitation, your tag don't have AoA and AoD antenna. We will love your response.
