Tried using 3 different bank cards to pay online for delivery and all declined. Selected cash now and picking order up :(

Literally no reason to use
There is no good reason to download and use this app. The restaurant themselves are terrible - food frequently takes a very long time to be delivered. I ordered a pizza and some beers and it took over an hour and a half to arrive, cold, with only half the beers I paid for. The worst part though is because I used this silly app they refused outright to offer any form of refund. If you call the restaurant, they direct you to call the company which operates the app, and if you contact them, against their own terms of service, they will tell you to contact the restaurant to sort it yourself. I was passed between them until I gave up and challenged the charge via my bank. If I had used one of the big takeaway apps like Uber Eats or Deliveroo, they would have automatically refunded me and dealt with the restaurant themselves. Do that instead. Oh and order from somewhere else.
