Very good

A good variety of Italian recipes. The recipes that we used turned out extremely well. Except for converting grams to ounces, the recipes are easy to follow and great to eat.
A good addition to my collection of recipes.

Ingredient Problems-Chicken Florentine

Conversion rates are off eg., 4 Pieces of chicken calls for 700ml of pasta sauce. Converted to ounces this equates to 23.6 oz which basically means the chicken will be submerged in red stuff.

Great Recipes!

A lot of great recipes! Many more than I thought! My only issue (4 stars) is that everything is in the metric system of measurement and temperatures so I have to use my handy conversion app! Would be better if the ingredients and recipes were written in both systems. Besides that there a tasty recipes with bright photos!
