Trash app, I dislike it a lot.

Horrible app, always disconnect the WiFi randomly, the app is completely garbage, my home WiFi signal is very strong, all my other devices have strong strength with the WiFi; this app lacks the ability to connect and run properly. Can’t watch Live videos like 99% of the time. Completely garbage, back office/ technical office; please do better !

The worst service in the world

The salesperson made false claims and misled consumers. They misled me that they provided a new generation of cameras to replace the old ones. I did not install them after receiving them because my home network was not compatible. They actually charged me double the fee. I found out half a year later and consulted customer service to ask them to return the overcharged amount, but they refused. I said I would not use their services, and they told me that I violated the contract. I did not sign any contract. They just made promotional calls and sent them to my home. This is a scam company.

清晰度和准确率都不是很高，站在摄像头低下没有任何提示，打了客服电话，告诉我要把敏感度调到最高，但偶尔还是没有提示，有时提示很慢，我都走过去很久了才提示我！但是签合同必须签2年，现在很无奈！

Slow response for troubleshooting and product not reliable

I contacted customer service when camera sensor stopped working and they called me back the next day, when I missed the call it takes a long time to get hold of them again. Imagine if you rely on their service and product for security protection and peace of mind.

This system is as bad as rubbish. It was pushed by sales and over a year it worked sporadically. Always offline.

用过很多牌子，其中Dropcam用咗有八年以上，可惜给谷歌收購…

Hello Lim, you can watch live video as well as history videos. Those are standard functions and can be used very easily. What do you mean by live streaming? Please call 1-877-482-5503 for assistance. Thank you.

Never use Italkbb products and their service again!

The server lag is always around 1-2 mins, and sometimes even not recording after the motion detection.

And I can’t check the playbacks frequently and the customer service just told me it’s the server problem and nothing they can do.

I signed 2 year’s contract with them, they told me even you don’t want to continue the service after 2 years, you can still use cameras only in the live mode. They are lying! You can’t use any live mode as what they promised anymore.

Hello Mikegodspeed, Thank you for the feedback. Network condition is an important factor that affects the playback response. For event recording, please check the settings. If all settings are good, you may consider using our second generation camera. If you only subscribed the monthly services and did not purchase the camera, we will discontinue the services including live mode if no monthly service fee is paid. In this case, we recommend that you look at our 2nd generation camera and renew the service subscription if needed. Thank you.

太慢了！

每次看視頻都要轉一段很長的時間才可以看，看現場直播也一樣，很多時候等到視頻的出現所發生的事情已經過去了，特別想和對方對話時要等差不多一分鐘才出現，對方已經離開了。我用了很多鏡頭視頻出現需要最長的時間就是你們了。

Stopped working!

Was working very well until a few days ago. Stopped working on my iPhone 11 (app crashes when launched) but still works fine my husband’s iPhone SE. Deleted and reloaded, but still no go.
