I had same experience as others in the reviews. App opens, when I hit the power button the app crashes. So sad that this came from such a credible company in this industry.
You must be patient
Bill Chapelle is a modern genius. You have to be patient when using ITC or the Ovillus. You have to be willing to wait for spirits to answer you in their own time, and learn to do some research when you get responses. This is not an app for people that are not REALLY into paranormal research or investigations.
If you buy it just thinking a spirit is going to speak at you right off the bat, the. Don’t buy it. If you aren’t in a place that is haunted or has spirit activity, don’t but it. This is not a toy. It is for those of us that have the time, patience and the equipment to investigate a dwelling and LEARN from spirits, or learn what their realm is all about.
Sadly, most of you seem to think that what you saw on TV is what you’re going to get right away. Many many hours are spent receiving nothing. Spirit activity comes in short bursts and does not last long. When it does happen you should record what you get and go back and review it, and see if you got what you were looking for.
Don’t leave bad reviews because your impatient and juvenile trying to blame the app for your unreasonable expectations of something you obviously know NOTHING ABOUT to start with.

I downloaded the app but when I open it up it kicks me out I removed the app and reinstalled it but it still kicks me out of it plz update it or I want my money back don’t put a app on the App Store that dose not work I give this one star
App crashes upon starting.
Just like the iOvilus app, as soon as you attempt to use the app it crashes. Please fix the apps, it’s been a year with no updates.
