Awful customer service
There is literally no one to ask for help. You purchase a subscription, it didn’t upload, the support link lead to an empty website, is Gower the Internet for possible contact emails, you send them, no one responds. Device itself actually works with the company seems to be in a shambles.

Had issues with login but contacted support. They’re kinda slow took them 2 days to fix my problem but in the end it worked and I’m using the device for only two days now. At first I doubted the usefulness of it but on day two at just one minute of putting the device on my nose I can see the tear film on my eye it makes so I think it actually works

This app is terrible don’t waste your money
If you’re gonna have a mediocre app with zero customer support you might as well have the device work through the web page

Horrible app
Horrible app, customer service is unreachable. Haven't even been able to use the $200 device that costs an additional $30 a month for the "prescription". What a joke.
