I’ve tried everything you guys have said to the other reviewers and no matter what it won’t connect

Considering all that’s going on in the world today this was a area I thought I was safe. Now all iTech requires an login to use. Now I need to create a fake email account to use their stuff. What a joke.

I just bought the watch today.
But the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work.

My iTech duo
My iTech dosen’t want to connect to my phone
WORKS GREAT!!!
The watch, the app they both work great I’ve used them for over a year now syncing it with Apple health and I couldn’t be happier I recommend trying it out.
Can’t get support
I bought the watch and downloaded the app. I can’t get it to pair. My phone recognizes the device, but the app can’t find it. Did all of the suggested troubleshooting. Sent emails to support with no response. I can’t even get the time to update. If I don’t hear anything in the next day or two, I’ll return it and go back to an old fashioned watch.
**I just ended up returning the watch. It would be nice if there was a way to set the time and track steps directly on the watch, as well as the app.

Analog is slowing down
After one year of purchase the analog is slower 4 minutes every 24hrs but th digital is correct.

I have been trying for the past week to reconnect my watch to my phone did everything that the instructions have said and still unable to connect it
Great app
The app is great. It sends my steps to my health app double or triple sometimes. The watch itself buzzes most of the time for no reason other than my arm moving.
Not working right
Had the watch one day and will not display any thing.. Doesn’t show the Bluetooth Connect . Will not show steps, sleep or anything.. The watch is only good for time. Very disappointed in the watch…
ITech smart watch
I had my watch for two years, I never had a problem with it. The battery last good 3 to 4 days. I tried another smart watch that was compatible with my iPhone, and the only thing I liked about it you could answer yours call. It kept up with you vitals. The battery would only hold for to hours, the app was in Chinese. It sucked. If the iTech could answer and more vitals to track, it would be much nicer. 🥰

Hi the watch says I’m still connected on my Bluetooth but not on the app and every time I hit pair a device it would say can’t find it
Highly Inaccurate
Bought for the watch, but started using the app. The sleep tracker is highly inaccurate and doesn’t allow for manual adjustment. What time I lay down and am still, is only because I’m reading. Tracking me as asleep when I’m simply not. Other app functions are simplistic enough.
Annoyed
I’ve had my itech duo for 2 months now and it’s been great. Today however I did a software update on my phone and now the watch can’t be found I’ve tried disconnecting the watch and it didn’t work now my phone can’t find the device at all even the app can’t find the device
No device found
I downloaded the app and tried to add device but it’s not finding it.

I like it but wish it would give blood pressure and oxygen levels too!

Once I had to disconnect my iTech duo watch from the app and now every time I try to connect my watch to my phone it says no device found
Problem charging the watch
I love the look of the watch and the fact it has analog and digital. I just bought it yesterday so I can really give an accurate review yet, however...the first thing I did was to charge the watch before using and after 2 hours which is less time than it should take to charge...it still wasn’t charged. When I pick it up while it’s still plugged in the battery light comes up and tells me it’s still charging when it should be done charging. I don’t know if it’s the cord that has a short in it or what but I’m very disappointed that I can’t get a full charge and it’s brand new. Will most likely return to the store.

Started out great, now basically useless
Started out great, tracked everything perfectly, now won’t connect to my phone at all and keeps showing it can’t find my watch despite me attempting to connect it exactly as the instructions show. It would be great if it worked
