Just purchased this watch yesterday and it won’t pair!! Says it’s connected put not paired and won’t update time or anything!! The app is just as bad!! And have to email to get support?!? What a joke!! How do I get my money back???

Hi, I bought a Itech sport watch. And every time I try to connect it the app does not find any watch

Up until the other day I loved this watch now it’s stopped keeping track of any and everything especially my steps..

If I could give negative review I would. This app AND watch do not work. I bought it about a month ago and have been trying to get it to work. I’ve called the store and they told me they would not help me. I’ve looked online how to set it up and it did not work. I DO NOT recommend this to ANYONE

People keep saying the products are worthless but they are great. I currently use the app and have a sports fitness watch. The app has yet to fail me and is doing great. Keep up the good work ITech.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSED APP IVE EVER EVER USED!!! My watch run down so I charged it and now it will not connect, I have spent hours and hours trying everything to reconnect and it won’t. I loved wearing it when it worked but now it’s just useless. I bought a watch from Dollar General that was way better than this!!!

Somewhat useful
I like the watch for the most part. It counts my steps and syncs to the app good which is what I bought it for. My biggest pet peeve is that I can’t see the screen in the sunlight. Some other things I don’t like about it is: the history is not the greatest at saving or reviewing and not all my text messages come to the watch.

Its so bad i cannot get my dumb watch to connect it keeps saying search for device uggggh and then i tried the new app and same with that it would not even let me click the connect button THE WORST 😡😡😡😡😡

Now that the app is fixed (which is great) It wont let me connect to the watch.

I just got it yesterday in the mail. I was excited about it because my friend had one last time she came over. I seen hers worked an everything. I decided to buy one well I don’t like it. I can’t get it to synced to my phone I’ve read the manual an watch YouTube videos an nothing. I know a guy he’s a tech nerd he even tried to help me an nothing worked. I emailed the support service so hopefully I’ll get a response back within a couple of days. If not I’m getting my money back.

Shuts down immediately unable to open app.
Does not work
Incredibly disappointed. The app does not even open. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Will never but anything from this company again.
