It’s a 10 out of 10 because I wear to school every day and everybody gives me compliments

Damn thing doesn’t stay connected no matter what I try or do. The Qr code in the watch itself is failing to connect. The watch is miscounting steps, probably why it was so cheap! And probably why they’re not even bothering to update the app!
Great value
Unbelievable value for all it can do. I have been using these devices for years. Very dependable, comfortable, and light weight.
Bring the customization back please
I really like this watch and all the features it offers. It works great and has been a great affordable option for me. My only disappointment is that I liked the previous customization options better. I really enjoyed being able to personalize the watch face with my own photos and adjust the time and other information. I hope those customization options can come back in a future

My watch doesn’t track my daily activities it skip days.

It is a great app. The watch is also a fantastic investment if all you want is to track goals. One of the bad side though is that you have to have the app if you want to know the weather or to change what your goal are. Personally this app/ watch is the best thing I’ve bought in over a year.

Please get weather the option to sync with phone with different with different increments of time periods.

It won’t let me do the 24/7 heart monitor option on the app and my watch had randomly turned off and restarted the time and date

I enjoy all the features on my watch and l like being able to see who’s calling and when buying my iTECH watch it was hard choosing what to pick l ended up getting the pink band😌

Steps
How do I reset the watches steps? I get up in the morning go down an 8ft hallway and now I have 917 steps?? This happens periodically. I am not getting the correct readings of my steps. It is very frustrating. I hope you can help.
