It won’t let me do the 24/7 heart monitor option on the app and my watch had randomly turned off and restarted the time and date

I enjoy all the features on my watch and l like being able to see who’s calling and when buying my iTECH watch it was hard choosing what to pick l ended up getting the pink band😌

Steps
How do I reset the watches steps? I get up in the morning go down an 8ft hallway and now I have 917 steps?? This happens periodically. I am not getting the correct readings of my steps. It is very frustrating. I hope you can help.

Stupid Watch
The stupid app says Bluetooth is no enabled but it is I. I hate this app it sucks don’t buy the watch it sucks don’t buy anything from I Tech is is stupid.
Won’t connect
The app is now on my phone but the ‘Search Device’ button doesn’t work at all and it’s frustrating.

Great Tech!
So far this had been the best watch I've ever had, and I get all my notifications, calls, even music on the watch?! I would rate it like 4.5 if I could because I'm missing the wallpaper library for the watch and if you could make it to where we could sync the data from the app to the Health app on our phones that would automatically make my rating a 5, but that's the only thing I would like to see in an update.

Having lots of issues
My watch keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth. In addition, when it is connected, it takes a very long time to sync. Sometimes for no apparent reason, it changes language and time. Starting to get a little frustrated with all the glitches. When it’s working, I really like the data.
The app sucks
The watch is nice but the app sucks so bad! It keeps wanting me to enable background refresh even when it is already enabled the watch says to open the app to set a pin up for it but the app won’t let me do that and I keep getting notifications for things I don’t have even with the notification tab turned off! I tried to make a new account to fix everything but the app crashed and was being annoying about finding the watch. So I needed up deleting the app. Once the app is fixed and better and not acting so sketchy I will try again with it but for now I won’t use the app
