Stopped Pairing Suddenly and Permanently
I’ve used this scale for about 3 years. It no longer pairs with iOS device. TACKY TACKY TACKY! ALSO, it would constantly make me login often. Annoying!
Need to use older iOS
I was having issues with this scale then figured I’d try to pair it to my old iPad mini 2 and it works like it should. It wasn’t pairing with my iPhone 16 so stinks that it doesn’t keep up with the new tech but happy I can still use it with my old iOS devices.
Abandonware
Worked okay but as many others have stated, no longer saves new readings (probably because their cloud is shut down?)
You can still get weights displayed then tap + and dial in the displayed weight and it will save it.
Too bad when you buy hardware and only get a few years out of it before it stops working due to relying on online services that shut down. At least the scale itself still works, just not most of the app.

Won’t record weight
Worked well until 11/15/23, now it shows my weight on my iPhone but will not record it. Tried reloading app, no change.
Pairing issues
This use to pair with my phone. Have not been able to pair it for about a year. Same phone and everything. When it worked I loved it. Now I have to enter manually.

Since it’s been three years since the developer has worked on the app, I’m assuming they have abandoned it. it did what I needed it to do initially, but now it no longer stores the weight that it receives from the scale.

App abandoned?
I was logged out and not able to log back in, password doesn’t matter it just won’t let you in. It’s so weird.
Stopped pairing
Worked well for some time then it stopped working and none answers the service phone. You are waiting and then it drops
Data no longer syncs
I had this scale for about a year, then all of the sudden the data stopped syncing. I’m able to see my weight through the app, but the weight will not log along with the other info (eg MBI, fat, hydration, etc). I’ve tried removing the app and re-installing, resyncing my scale, changing the batteries, but no resolution. If your scale is working perfectly, give it time. It will soon stop working as others have already said. I’m on a mission for a new scale.

App abandoned
App worked for me the last couple years, but appears to have been abandoned the last few years. It auto-logged me out and all options (Sign in, sign up, or reset password) all have the same useless error message “You can do operation when open network”. What ever that means

Wont show fat percentage wont add in weight automatically…. I had this for years and loved it. Now I hate it!
Stopped working
The app has been flawless forever, but suddenly stopped working. It pairs with scale, but can no longer identify the person and doesn’t record weight. Just upgraded iOS, so maybe that’s why?

Does not keep track of weight history after the latest update.
Works great until recently
It now longer adds my weight into the app. I have to click on the weight circle then the check mark. Then I have to adjust it so that it will reflect the correct weight. Which means the “fat” percentage is always “0”.
Not sure what happened but would love a fix to this!
