You can delete tag in the tag details - there is “Delete” button on top of the screen. You can also arrange tags using sort button in the search field on top of tags screen. Sorry to hear that export to PDF does not work for you. It should work for majority of cases and for most users but please note that the mobile phones and iPads have its limitations with regards to memory - RAM and internal storage. If you have very large sets of data and little memory left or many app running in the background it might be very difficult for a device to generate very big files (PDF files in particular). Just like you would try to export your whole music library into a single file. And pictures for new phones, with advances cameras can consume lots of storage. if it doesn’t work for you on iPhone or iPad you can export your data on your Mac (which can handle much bigger files) or export data to CSV (which is text only and consume much, much less resources). We will work on the solution with partial export (e.g. each 100 items in one export etc.) in the future. Please note that the app can use iCloud sync, too, which will allow you to store all your data and access them on all your apple devices.
