Disappointed by the No Refund Policy

It’s really disappointing that this app doesn’t allow refunds under any circumstances. I couldn’t attend the event, and there was no option to get my money back or even resell the ticket to someone else. Other platforms, including cinema apps, offer easy refunds or ticket transfers if you can’t make it. Why isn’t that possible here? It feels unfair, especially when events are far away or sell out and others might want the ticket.

Buton “Preferate” (salvare)

Aplicația este per general super - foarte utila, intuitiva si funcționează practic fără probleme, inclusiv din afara Moldovei.

Dar lipsește, dupa părerea mea, opțiunea de a salva evenimentele intr-o lista cu preferințe. Gen sa-mi salvez mai multe evenimente din viitor, ca data viitoare sa nu fac scroll de fiecare data la toata lista afișată…

Va mulțumesc si mult succes in continuare!

Bună ziua. În primul rând mulțumim de feedback. Există desigur așa posibilitate. Pe posterul principal al oricărui eveniment, în partea de sus pe stânga este un buton sub formă de ”inimă” care odată apăsat, pune evenimentul în ”Favorite”, care pot fi găsite în ”Contul meu”

Приложение ужасное- невозможно ничего оплатить , просто зависает и все. Через сайт тоже нельзя ничего оплатить. Разработчики дауны молдавашки
